PORT ORANGE, Fla. – A 20-12 months-aged lady has been arrested in connection with a strike-and-run crash that still left Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood hospitalized with a fractured leg.

Chitwood said he was on a 20-mile bike experience when he was hit from at the rear of.
